Cops and the Secret Service are examining an occurrence in Frederick including an evident effort to frighten citizens with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is involved because the letter specifically threatened Democratic governmental candidate Joe Biden and vice governmental candidate Sen. Kamala Harris.
